Looking for an energetic, driven, passionate individual.
Job requirements include:
- Recruiting by reaching out to existing and new home care aides via phone, email, and text message
- Utilizing multiple recruitment channels (eg Indeed, job boards etc) to develop a complete roster of aides
- Assisting intake / HR departments with the onboarding process
- Coordinating start of care, arranging initial calls between aides and patients
- Assisting marketing teams to help bring cases onto services
This position requires great phone skills and people skills. In addition, as part of a fast-paced growing company, your role will be to generate results and foster growth. You will benefit from a great deal of support and be able to take advantage of a wide range of resources, provided by Home Care veterans who have built highly successful companies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
