- In this incredibly important role, you will visit, monitor, photo document, and assess residential lots and homes for compliance with the provided community standards.
- **Please note that you will be conducting aesthetics monitoring only. So you don't need to know any building codes.**
- Paid training.
Requirements:
- Have a firm understanding of residential construction.
- Enjoy being both in the field and in the office on a daily basis.
- Be comfortable working on a computers and smart devices.
- Be very detail oriented.
- Have an excellent work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-directed.
- Valid Driver's License, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass background checks.
Please note that unless you have had direct involvement in the creation of production house plans or construction of homes, within the last 3 years, you will not be eligible for consideration.
Ideal candidates are typically former residential home builders, residential superintendents, residential inspectors, and residential CAD drafters.
