The Opportunity
We are excited to offer a position as a Care Manager. The Care Manager will meet the needs of Sequoia Senior Solutions' clients by conducting service inquiries, assessments, and managing the quality of care in Sonoma County. This role involves supervising, training, and developing caregivers. Candidates located near our operations are preferred due to the critical nature of this position.
Responsibilities
1. Communicate clearly, efficiently, and compassionately with clients, their families, employees, and referral sources.
2. Perform on-site assessments and quality assurance visits to ensure client satisfaction with care services.
3. Participate in orientations, training sessions, and other company initiatives to enhance the quality of our caregiving staff.
4. Regularly update and maintain Client Care Plans.
5. On call for Emergancies
Education and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent (Required)
- In-Home Care experience (Required)
- Certified Nursing Assistant (Required)
Qualifications
1. Experience in client management, sales, and/or marketing, preferably in the In-Home Care industry.
2. At least one year of experience as a Certified Nurse Assistant, including home care experience and an understanding of the needs of an aging population.
3. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
4. Excellent communication skills with people of all ages, maintaining an energetic and positive attitude.
5. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $62,000.00 per year
