Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize accounting software to manage financial transactions
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and maintain financial reports
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations
Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Previous experience as a clerk or bookkeeper
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Ability to perform financial report writing
- Familiarity with governmental accounting procedures
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes
- Skill in balance sheet reconciliation
