We are currently looking for an experienced PRN Radiologic Technologist.
Our physician owned surgery center has 5 ORs and 2 Pain Management rooms and is equipped with 2 GE OEC 9800 C-arm, 4 GE OEC 9900 C-arm, and 1 6800 Mini C.
Proficiency in all areas of orthopedics (hands, foot & ankle, sports med, spine) as well as pain management is desired for success in this role.
This position is PRN with vacation coverage.
Requirements:
- Satisfactory completion of a formal radiologic technologist training program and current ARRT
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Exhibits an understanding of human anatomy, physiology, pathology & patient assessment Knowledge of radiation safety and protection
- Exhibits good interpersonal skills to deal effectively and courteously with a diverse group of internal and external callers and visitors
- Proficient in orthopedic procedures and pain management procedures
- 2 years experience required in radiology
