Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Provider Relations - Sales Representative to join our team at Light On Anxiety Treatment Centers. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals, particularly pediatricians, primary care physicians and psychiatrists, to promote our mental health services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target pediatricians, primary care physicians, psychiatrists, and other relevant medical specialties, as well as other potential referral sources such as school leaders and counseling departments, parent groups and community organizations, in the designated territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and other referral sources through effective communication and rapport-building.
- Educate healthcare providers and other referral sources about the benefits of our evidence-based CBT, psychiatric medication and neuropsychological testing services for individuals struggling with anxiety and related disorders.
- Maintaining and using our Salesforce.com Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to its fullest potential, including managing referral source interactions, tracking activities, importing and exporting large data sets, generating reports and analyzing trends to identify opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our services.
- Provide information, materials, and resources to support healthcare providers and referral sources in referring patients to Light On Anxiety.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at healthcare professionals.
- Plan, budget and execute community outreach, networking and continuing education events such as open houses, lunch and learns and similar gatherings to promote our services.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Track and report on referral and growth activities, progress, and results.
- Analyzes sales data to determine potential and then executes an action plan in the territory to ensure appropriate calls, reach, frequency, lunch and learns, etc. to meet and exceed sales expectations.
- Anticipates, identifies, and appropriately addresses healthcare professional and other referral source objections, questions, and concerns, utilizing all appropriate resources and information.
- Identifies and investigates customer concerns and communicates with appropriate LOA staff to solve problems in a timely manner.
- Attends conferences, training, exhibits, meetings, location openings and product launches as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 2+ years provider relations, pharmaceutical or medical sales experience with documented sales success.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting and action planning as well as implementing all elements of sales execution, including routing, call activity, and customer relationship management.
- Strong background and experience with CRM tools. Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of mental health services and an understanding of anxiety and related disorders is a plus.
- Current relationships with target medical providers is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as be a strong team player.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintenance of an acceptable driving record.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
