The HR Coordinator provides significant and varied levels of HR support for the Director of Benefits, Compensation, and HRIS and the HR Department as a whole. This position primarily focuses on data entry, data maintenance, the creation of spreadsheet reports, and managing Human Resources data and procedures.
Salary Range: $50,000 to $55,000
Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities:

Enters and maintains HR data into ADP Workforce Now for bi-weekly payroll

Answers employee requests and inquiries

Creates data tables, reports, and related statistical materials that involve data entry from a variety of sources, and establishes, maintains, and updates files, records, certificates, and/or other documents.

Reconciles benefits data

Assists in Creating and presenting training workshops on HR policies and procedures

Maintains file imaging system

Conducts maintenance of I-9 files

Assists the Director of HRIS/Benefits/Compensation in various audits

Assists in the coordination of various HR events

Liaises with other divisions of the college as needed

Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required
-
One year of experience in human resources, payroll, or related field
Other Requirements:

Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

Excellent writing skills

Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now is a plus

Ability to work efficiently in a multitasking environment

Must exercise discretion in handling confidential matters and documents relating to salary, personnel files, disciplinary matters, financial records, and reports

Excellent organizational skills are a must
