Project Manager
Mobility Elevator & Lift Company is a fast growing company specializing in residential luxury elevator applications and commercial handicap accessibility lifts and elevators. We have a well established 30 year track record of leadership in our field among Architects and General Contractors. We have an immediate opening for an experienced project manager / coordinator, but will train the right candidate.
Job Responsibilities
- Order shop drawings & prepare submittal packages.
- Visit project sites, make evaluations, and recommendations.
- Communicate with project architects, general contractors, building owners, etc.
- Managing projects, ordering equipment and supervising installation
Experience
- 2 year associates construction/technical degree is desirable.
- Experience with elevators, HVAC, electrical or other construction related trades is a plus.
- Microsoft Office experience required. AUTOCAD knowledge also a plus.
We Offer
- Full time salaried position. Compensation base salary in the range of $45,000 to $50,000 based upon experience.
