Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team. This position is fully accountable for all day-to-day property operations, overseeing and enhancing the value of the property.
Responsibilities:

Market and lease available apartments to meet and exceed company goals.

Process rental applications ensuring compliance with affordable housing standards.

Develop marketing plans informed by market conditions and competitive pricing.

Manage budgets and financial objectives by collecting rents, managing bills/invoices, analyzing financial statements, forecasting, scheduling expenditures, and initiating corrective actions.

Work with vendors and maintenance staff to ensure property appeal.

Process evictions and handle resident relations.

Provide high-level customer service and connect with residents.

Bid and negotiate service contracts, procure building supplies, and manage maintenance staff and vendor relationships.

Maintain a high-quality on-site team through effective training, clear standards, and collaboration.

Lead by example in all tasks.

Make sound judgments by including appropriate people in decision-making processes.

Use multiple software programs including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Yardi, and Rent Café.

Handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.

Work independently, organize work, establish priorities, follow procedures, and complete tasks to meet deadlines.

Other duties as assigned.
Candidates should possess the following:

Prior property management experience
