Role Description
This is a full-time in-office role for an Administrative Specialist. The candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the team, scheduling and tracking in-house warranty service, maintaining records, sorting and filing invoices, greeting visitors, assisting with material purchasing and providing customer service to clients. This position has potential to expand into other facets of the companies.
Qualifications
Must have 3+ Years Experience working with Microsoft Office
Must have Administrative Experience
Must be able to work on site in person Monday-Friday
Must be able to work in a team environment
Must be able to work with clients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
