Position Title: Staff Physical Therapist
Mission: The Staff Physical Therapist at Hayes Physical Therapy exists to enhance patient well-being through innovative and personalized rehabilitation, fostering recovery and mobility that enriches lives.
Results to Be Generated:
1. Improved Patient Health Outcomes: Drive measurable advancements in patient mobility and pain reduction through tailored rehabilitation plans.

Skills and Attributes:
- Certifications in The Neubie Device and Class IV Laser Therapy is preferred not required (expert training will be provided onsite) with a passion for integrating new technologies into patient care.
- Exceptional assessment and diagnostic skills to tailor effective treatment plans.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, ensuring patients and team members feel heard and valued.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, manual therapy techniques, functional movement and sharing knowledge within the team.
- A proactive approach to patient care, demonstrating creativity and problem-solving in treatment strategies.
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement dynamic, personalized treatment plans incorporating advanced modalities such as Class IV laser therapy and the Neubie Device, when appropriate, to optimize healing responses.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, setting clear rehabilitation goals and milestones.
- Educate and empower patients and their families, providing them with the tools and knowledge for sustained recovery.
- Actively participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the clinic’s growth through innovation and collaboration.
- Maintain high levels of patient satisfaction through exceptional care and communication.
