Previous OR experience Required
I. Major Responsibilities:
1. Possesses and demonstrates working knowledge of wound care, process, protocols and plan of care.
2. Functions effectively in all planned and unplanned situations.
3. Ability to work within a team to facilitate patient care
4. Delegates effectively.
5. Coordinates exchange of information between staff, physicians and administration.
II. Position Qualifications:
License/Certification/Education:
Required:
1. Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university
2. Registered Nurse with current license, Wound Care certification Preferred.
Experience/Skills:
Required:
1. One or two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred:
1. Medical Surgical, home health, or wound care experience also preferred.
