We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Account Manager. As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining relationships with our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in account management and gain valuable experience in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Manage and maintain relationships with assigned client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to acquire new clients.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations.
- Order Processing: Coordinate and process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s product range to effectively promote and upsell products to clients.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and product development to ensure a seamless client experience.
Relevant Experience:
- Sales or Account Management: 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service. Internships or part-time roles in these areas can also be valuable. Previous experience in the houseware goods industry or related fields.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the houseware goods industry is a plus, but not always mandatory. Understanding of consumer products, market trends, and competitive landscape is beneficial.
Skills:
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle client queries and issues effectively.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Sales Techniques: Knowledge of basic sales techniques and strategies to upsell and cross-sell products.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address client needs and issues.
- Organization: Good organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and other relevant tools.
