Job Nature:
Apos Product Specialist is responsible for assisting Apos Physical Therapists in providing innovative clinical care at home with a 5-star customer service experience. Apos Product Specialist will be guided clinically by Apos Physical Therapist and will be responsible for patient experience. Apos Product Specialist will manage Apos inventory.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Managing the inventory necessary for patients’ home visits.
· Communicating with clinical staff regarding patient care.
· Commuting to homes of scheduled patients.
· Communicating with patients over the phone/text/email.
· Setting up, troubleshooting, and maintaining all equipment, including video systems before and during at home patient care.
· Providing outstanding customer service.
· Physically assisting patients with their APOS device (putting on and off).
· Record keeping, including expenses.
· Supporting remote clinical staff with hand on patient care.
· Have functional knowledge of the day’s schedule as well as thorough inventory of the supplies and equipment required for the day’s treatment.
Required skills and abilities.
· Travel locally (expenses reimbursed).
· Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
· Work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
· Demonstrate empathy and compassion when communicating with patients.
· Provide technical support.
· Maintain professional demeanor towards patients, visitors, and families.
· Follow clinical directions administered remotely.
· Manage inventory.
· Navigate patient’s and therapist’s schedule.
· Excellent communication and organizational skill.
· MS Office suite proficiency.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
General Requirements:
- Located in Greater Los Angeles area.
- Ability to travel locally and flexibility with scheduling.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, driving, and working on a computer.
- Able to lift, push, and slide packages that weigh up to 50 lbs.
