包含有 Airea、USWOO 美窝房产等多家经纪公司,BuildReno 建筑装修公司,旗下全职地产经纪 300 逾人,建筑工程队伍数十支,在纽约、波士顿、加州、中国大陆等地均设有办事处、服务中心。从 2012 年成立起开始,地产事业部就和各地的留学生网一同成长,服务于在各个城市留学、生活、工作的国际留学生群体。
关于团队:
瑾文团队是途美彼岸美窝房产旗下的一支精英团队。团队自成立之初,就以建立一支纽约地区素质最佳、专业服务水平最高、业务能力最强的高素质营销队伍为宗旨。瑾文团队在过去五年中,房产交易额超过500万美金,于2022年成立自己的团队,晋升为Team Leader。
岗位职责 :
- 为国际留学生群体提供专业的房产服务,从早期的接待和咨询、协助预约,到后期独立帮助留学生租房买房、安家落户,完成公司月指定销售目标;
- 日常与公寓大楼沟通,及时获取房源信息,并且能够通过线上线下调研、收集、统计、分析所指定分区的房源相关数据;
- 协助团队推广房源:整理、编辑房源图文、视频信息,并运用团队渠道进行市场开发;利用多重渠道推广房源信息,同时利用公司平台,打造个人和团队品牌,参与公司市场营销活动;
- 建立与目标客户群的关系,能够独立带领客户看房签单,后期可以带领、指导团队开展业务;
- 签约后保持客户关系,保持沟通渠道畅通,并完成客户信息统计,及时填写 CRM,解答入住、安家、保险、装修、出租等各类问题。
岗位要求 :
- 入职后需要准时准点到场参与公司、纽约州、纽约市的房地产销售人员专业培训,并积极考取 Salesperson 从业资格证(也欢迎已持证经纪人加盟我们!);
- 需熟练运用中、英文双语,有着流畅的书面以及口头交流、谈判能力;
- 需熟练使用微信,小红书,微博等平台;
- 地产、建筑、金融、会计、艺术等相关专业在读或已毕业,本科及以上学历;
- 乐观外向,开朗坦诚,乐于通过多渠道推销个人和团队形象;
- 具备优秀的学习、沟通、协作能力、多任务处理能力,可以在与多个团队、客户、房东、公寓大楼间多线沟通时保持良好的工作状态;
- 有相关租房、买房经验者更佳;
- 需具备合法在美工作身份(我们提供CPT、OPT认证)。

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide professional real estate services to international students, from early reception and consultation, assisting with reservations, to independently helping international students with renting or buying properties and settling down, achieving the company's monthly sales targets;
- Regularly communicate with apartment buildings, obtain property information in a timely manner, and gather, analyze, and compile property-related data for specified areas through online and offline research and data collection;
- Assist the team in promoting property listings: organize and edit property images, text, and videos, and use team channels for market development. Utilize multiple channels to promote property listings, while also utilizing the company's platform to build personal and team brands, and participate in company marketing activities;
- Build relationships with target customer groups, independently lead clients to view properties and sign contracts, and later lead and guide the team in conducting business;
- Maintain client relationships after signing contracts, keep communication channels open, complete client information statistics, and promptly update the CRM system, addressing various questions related to moving in, settling down, insurance, renovation, and renting.
Job Requirements:
- Upon joining, attend company, New York State, and New York City professional real estate salesperson IN PERSON training sessions punctually and actively obtain the Salesperson license (licensed brokers are also welcome to join us!);
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin), with excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills;
- Proficiency in WeChat, The Red, Weibo and other media platform;
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in fields related to real estate, construction, finance, accounting, art, or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree or higher;
- Optimistic, outgoing, candid, and willing to promote personal and team image through multiple channels;
- Excellent learning, communication, collaboration, and multitasking abilities, able to maintain a strong work ethic when dealing with multiple teams, clients, landlords, and apartment buildings;
- Experience in renting or buying properties is a plus;
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States (CPT and OPT certifications are provided).
