Provides administrative support to the Regional Floats and to the LVN supervisor. Responsibilities may include: coordination of regional float clinic assignments
and the maintenance of staffing requisitions. This individual is also responsible for managing regional floats overtime and payroll.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent - Required.
- 1 year minimum of experience as a staffing office clerk or in an office environment performing a similar level of work - Required
- Prior health care experience - Preferred.
- Bilingual - Preferred
Essential Job Functions:
- Provides administrative support, including typing, filing, MIS reports, copying, etc. to assigned area(s) of responsibility.
- Coordinates regional float clinic assignments
- Maintains staffing requisitions
- Communicates clinic assignment expectations to the regional floats
- Maintains various employee files.
- Prepares process and monitors mileages, invoices and expense report.
- Maintains and tracks invoices receipt and payment timely and accurately.
- Schedules appointments and regional float meetings.
- Collects processes and manages regional float timecards.
- Ensures adequate level of supplies for department/division offices.
- Coordinates meeting, ensure that room and equipment are in working order, prepare materials, invite, confirm attendance, take minutes.
- Reports and resolves facility problems and repairs.
- Reviews and delivers mail.
- Be a site contact person for the phone vendor technician administrator.
- Documentation maintenance and processing as it relates to licensing, permits, etc.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $25.80 per hour
