Bridging the Gap Rehab currently has openings for a Developmental Therapist in Early Intervention.

Our therapists employ interventions that blend both child-directed and adult-directed therapy models, focusing on each child’s overall development. We actively encourage family participation throughout the therapeutic process and promote interdisciplinary collaboration.
Job Highlights:
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including parents, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and physical therapists, to develop effective strategies for clients.
- Maintain a caseload of 25-35 direct service hours.
- Work directly with clients on individualized goals through in-home and telehealth visits.
Requirements:
Candidates MUST have bachelors degree or higher in one of the following:

*****Early Intervention Certifications not required but it is a plus
