Position Overview
The HR Assistant works to support all areas of human resources including recruiting, employee relations, maintaining HR records, benefit administration, training & development, and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
- associate’s degree or equivalent, relevant work experience
- minimum 2 years of administrative experience assisting in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition or Recruiting function
- excellent analytical, time management and organizational skills
- ability to assess and screen candidates and provide strong administrative support
- knowledge of HR laws and regulations, and experience handling confidential information
- proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- experience working in a manufacturing and/or distribution positions strongly preferred
- ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
- ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- successfully complete drug and background screenings
