Dental Front Office Patient Care Coordinator Assistant

We want to work with a Front Office Dental Patient Care Coordinator who has a great attitude and is interested in becoming their best and being a part of an amazing dental team.
Positions available are Full-time M-F 4 ½ day work week.
Front Office Treatment Coordinator and Patient Reception Skills needed: Enjoys working with children and their parents, experience scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, knowledge of insurance verification and coordination of benefits, with a can do attitude.
-Experienced and comfortable with performing all dental front office responsibilities.
-Experienced with “paperless” digital office management systems with the ability to multitask.
-Personable, and Professional in business conduct and appearance.
-Excellent interpersonal skills, Team player, Solution oriented with strong problem solving skills.
-Effective verbal, listening and communication skills.
-Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy, Time management and organizational skills.
-Excellent phone skills, with the ability to educate the patients helping them schedule their appointments.
-Excellent interpersonal skills, Team player, Solution oriented with strong problem solving skills.
-Dynamic personality, with a “can do” team attitude.
Here are some of your responsibilities:
-Greeting and making each patient feel welcome in our office.
-Provide solutions to patients concerns and scheduling their appointments.
-Working recall and outstanding treatment systems, helping patients to schedule.
-Provide clear and consistent patient communications and updating their information.
-Insurance eligibility, verification, pre-authorizations, familiarity with various insurances.
-Checking in and/or Checking out patients, while helping them feel well cared for.
-Have a positive and willing attitude to learn and make progress every day.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
