Fairview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is searching for a knowledgeable Assitant Business Office Manager with accounting experience.
The Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collections for Private and Income,
- Accounts Reconciliation
- Aging reviews
- Resident Fund- deposits,
- withdrawals,
- opening/closing accounts,
- Representative Payee
Facility Deposits
Knowledge of Long Term Care Medical Assistance
Experience in working in Long Term Care facility.
- Report delinquent accounts to the Administrator and the BOM
The Qualifications:
- 1 year of supervisory experience required with previous long-term care experience
- 2 years of business office and/or accounting experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of college. Accounting degree preferred
- Must possess the ability to make decision independently when warranted
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Computer experience is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per week
