We are hiring for an orthodontic sales position and seeking someone with a contagiously positive attitude and one who is a team player. Strong customer service AND sales experience is a necessary.

Responsibilities Include (and are not limited to):
- Verifiable sales experience of 3+ years
- COMFORTABLE discussing finances
- Develop excellent rapport with patients/families
- Schedule new and existing patients
- Follow up with patients and families after new patient appointments
- Develop referral relationships within the community and referring dental offices
- Internal marketing initiatives: Quarterly patient contests and internal referral strategies
- External marketing Initiatives: Referring doctor office marketing, local school marketing, organizing office marketing lunches (with doctor)
- Perform general administrative duties as a team player
- Achieve set goals as part of the team
