Vacation Rental Set Up Assistant
We are an Austin vacation rental company looking for a part-time set up assistant!
Job duties:
- Move and breakdown boxes
- Assemble furniture
- Install blinds, shades, curtain rods
- Patch, texture and paint holes in walls
- Painting accent walls and ceilings, Touch up paint
- Hang art, mirrors, etc.
- Install new door hardware, including smart locks and key pad locks
- MIscellaneous “handyman” tasks
- Install new light fixtures, thermostats, door bells (replace existing ones)
- Trash management - bag up trash generated by set up work and keep neatly organized
- Supply pick ups - pick up supply orders at Home Depot and bring to site
If you are a reliable, independent worker with great communication skills this job is for you! You will work closely with our interior designer and set up manager on what tasks need to be completed and when. Experience assembling furniture and doing basic home repairs is required. You must have your own reliable transportation and a working smart phone.
This job has flexible hours that can be adjusted to work with your schedule. Majority of work is located East of I-35. We have work available immediately, so apply today!
