Position Summary
The Manager of Resource Development & Startup manages and deploys the motor carrier contractors. This position negotiates the carrier rates and also handles day to day escalations. This position requires experience with being a liaison with local clients. This position provides vision and leadership in long-range planning to ensure the continuity of the company. This position requires proven ability to cope with conflict, stress and crisis situations through effective problem-solving and mediation skills.
