Responsibilities:
Design and Implementation: Architect, design, and implement scalable and high-performance One-NDS solutions to
meet business and operational requirements.
Deployment and Configuration: Deploy, configure, and optimize One-NDS instances across multiple environments
(development, testing, production) while ensuring high availability and reliability.
Integration and Migration: Integrate One-NDS with existing network infrastructure components such as LDAP
directories, authentication systems, and application servers. Plan and execute data migrations and directory
consolidations as needed.
Monitoring and Performance Tuning: Monitor the health and performance of One-NDS deployments. Perform
proactive performance tuning and optimization to maintain optimal directory service performance.
Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce security best practices and compliance requirements for directory
services. Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and availability of directory information.
Troubleshooting and Support: Provide escalated support for complex issues related to One-NDS functionality,
performance, and integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly.
Documentation and Training: Create technical documentation, guidelines, and procedures related to One-NDS
deployment, configuration, and maintenance. Provide training and knowledge transfer to operational teams as
needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work
experience).
Proven experience with One-NDS (Network Directory Server) technologies and solutions.
Strong understanding of LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) and directory services concepts.
Hands-on experience with directory service deployment, configuration, and management in enterprise
environments.
Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for managing directory services
operations.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other directory services such as Active Directory, Open LDAP, or Oracle Directory Server
Enterprise Edition (ODSEE).
Knowledge of network protocols and standards (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud environments.
Industry certifications related to directory services (e.g., LDAP Certified Professional).
