POSITION PURPOSE
The Senior Case Manager provides administrative and programmatic support to the Student/Adult Work Experience programs. The Senior Case Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the success and growth of the work experience programs (WE).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Act as liaison between staff and Area Manager to support the planning, coordination, delivery and improvements to program service, initiatives, and program design
Ensure program compliance with regulations, policies, guidelines, and procedures (Quality Assurance).
Complete and/or ensure staff complete daily reporting requirements and conduct frequent audits to ensure quality and reporting compliance.
Hold staff accountable to deadlines for administrative responsibilities.
Assist with the management of daily programming schedules of staff and clients to ensure compliance, quality, and efficiency of service delivery.
Manage the system of collecting organizational (internal & external) metrics consistently and accurately in database management system (intake paperwork, renewals, ISPs, semi-annuals, SIR/APS/Program reports and behavior support plans).
Manage the system of reporting data collected to all interested parties.
Collect timecards and input work time for WE client hires.
Monitor the delivery of daily program support to and supervision of clients (where applicable).
On occasion serve as backup to provide direct support to for clients.
Provide support to program clients as needed, including problem-solving and conflict resolution.
Serve as a Safety Representative and provide (and document) monthly safety training to staff.
Participate in the training and/or support new team members in various required areas of program operations (database management and payroll systems, safety documentation, policies and procedures, on-the-job training and support).
Additional duties as assigned.

Must have and maintain valid drivers’ license, valid auto insurance, acceptable driving record, and ability to travel within and throughout region where services are provided.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position requires the employee to regularly stand, walk, sit, talk and hear. They must be capable of writing, using a computer keyboard, telephone and related office equipment. Ability to lift 15lbs.
