We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
Duties:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about hotel services
- Process reservations, cancellations, and payments accurately
- Handle guest requests promptly and effectively
- Assist with resolving guest issues or complaints
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
Skills:
- Experience in hotel management or hospitality industry preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and front desk software
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for interacting with diverse guests
