A/V & Security Company seeking an energetic individual who wants to work for an established and successful company. You will be responsible for contacting customers to provide exceptional customer service and ensuring customers needs are satisfied.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Daily responsibilities include general administrative duties such as phones, data entry, and customer support.
- Accurately document and update records in required systems.
- Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Understand all programs, systems, and procedures necessary to preform job effectively (Outlook, Excel, etc)
- Where applicable, communicate with customer to attempt to bring resolution to unpaid accounts.
- Able to multi task and work multiple computer applications at same time to log and resolve support cases.
- Examine, investigate and solve dynamic problems with ability to think "out-side-the-box" and develop creative solutions.
Compensation is between $19.00 to $22.00 an hour depending on experience.
