This is a hybrid role between customer service and sales. You will be working with existing clients and also new potential clients, helping them choose the right Medicare plan.
Our full-time Medicare Customer Service / Sales Representative will serve in 3 main areas:
- Servicing – continuous outreach to our clients to answer questions about their coverage, resolve problems, and help them shop and compare their current insurance policy.
- Upselling – Ask if our clients need help with any additional insurance products such as dental or life insurance.
- Client Support – respond to client requests and generate referrals by providing top-notch service.
- Taking inbound calls and appointments with new potential clients to help them find the right Medicare plan and enrolling them.
Your experience:
Customer service experience is preferred with phone experience. An insurance license is not required but you will need to pass the state insurance exam. We will pay the licensing fees.
