Position Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives in a commission-based environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential leads through various online channels and networking.

- Qualification: Assess the needs of potential clients and demonstrate how our services can address their challenges.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with prospects through personalized communication and follow-ups.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to potential clients.
- Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to enhance outreach strategies.
- Sales Targets: Aim to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, with earnings directly tied to your performance.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all sales activities in our CRM.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation, preferably within the IT industry.
