***Position Summary***
We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, experience with selling SaaS and/or technical training programs, and high proficiency in using HubSpot CRM. They should be able to engage with leads effectively, drive revenue growth, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals. Preference will be given to candidates with technical knowledge and skills related to our training products and services, such as experience in power generation operations and maintenance.
The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and qualifying new leads, conducting in-depth prospect analysis, and engaging with potential clients to understand their needs. This role includes executing the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, while consistently meeting sales targets. The representative will also develop a deep understanding of TTP products and services, create tailored sales materials, and provide product demonstrations.
They will engage with customers to build long-lasting relationships, handle inquiries professionally, and monitor interactions to drive customer loyalty. Additionally, maintaining accurate customer data in HubSpot CRM, analyzing sales performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company goals are key responsibilities.
NOTE: Fully remote candidates located in most states may be considered for this position. Preference will be given to candidates in the greater Phoenix, AZ area or residing in any of the following states where we have at least one existing remote employee: Arizona, Florida, Mississippi, Nebraska, Pennsylvania, or Washington.
***Duties and Responsibilities***
Lead Management & Prospecting
- Hold primary responsibility for review and qualification of all new incoming leads.
- Conduct thorough analysis on all prospects and leads using existing TTP data in CRM and other internal systems, as well as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, etc.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assign priority levels.
- Engage with potential, new, and existing leads to gather necessary information and understand their needs.
- Elevate and prioritize high revenue and target opportunities to business development and sales leadership.
- Research and identify new business opportunities within target markets, industries, and geographic regions.
- Assist marketing with the development and implementation of lead-generation campaigns and strategies.
Revenue Generation & Pipeline Management
- Execute the entire sales process from prospect identification and initial contact to proposal/quote development and deal close.
- Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive quotes for training programs and services.
- Progress deals accurately and consistently through established deal stages.
- Monitor and track sales pipeline activities for owned deals and provide support to leadership and other reps.
Product & Market Knowledge
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of TTP products and services.
- Create sales collateral, presentations, and proposals using approved messaging and branding tailored to client needs to support sales efforts.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting key benefits and use cases.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to existing clients.
- Stay updated on training and technical industry trends, competitive landscape, and competitor product offerings.
- Analyze market conditions to identify sales opportunities and threats.
Customer Relationship Management
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Assist customers in navigating product features and benefits.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Create and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Monitor customer interactions and follow up regularly to maintain strong relationships, drive customer loyalty, and identify new sales opportunities.
Data Integrity & Analytics
- Maintain accurate records of customer data, interactions, activities, etc. in HubSpot CRM and in other systems and formats as directed.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including conversion rates, average deal size, and sales cycle.
- Understand company sales goals and objectives, working independently to achieve or exceed assigned targets.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market conditions.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to help identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Collaboration & Cross-functional Support
- Collaborate with other internal teams, such as marketing, customer support, and product development, to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
- Act as a liaison between sales and other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Assist leadership in the development and execution of sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets.
- Provide feedback from client interactions to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Work closely with customer support teams to address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and initiatives to share insights, best practices, and challenges.
***Qualifications***
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of three years of sales experience regardless of education, preferably in training, education, or software sales.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and PowerPoint required.
- Advanced CRM skills and knowledge, preferably with HubSpot.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with technical training programs, a strong understanding of industry-specific needs and/or technical knowledge and skills such as experience in power generation operations and maintenance is highly desired.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
