Polaris Teen Center is a small mental health residential treatment facility for teens, ages 13-17. We are currently looking for reliable, responsible, and action oriented residential manager with previous experience in this role. This position provides supervision, management and support to the program aides. This position is considered full time exempt and comes with full time benefits including medical, dental, vision and life insurance as well as 401K with company matching after 1 year of service.
The schedule would be the following:
Wednesdays 2:30pm-5pm (remote)
Friday 11am-7pm (on-site)
On-Call starting Saturday 5am through Monday 5am (Saturday and Sunday-On-site hours may change depending on staffing)
Saturday 11am-7pm (on-site)
Sunday 11am-7pm (on-site)
1 On-Call evening shift to be determined
JOB DESCRIPTION
RESIDENTIAL MANAGER
Responsibilities:

Provides supervision, direction and support to all residential Program Aides
- Creates PA weekly schedule
- Serves as primary liaison between clinical team, Program Director, PAs on duty and clients
- Serves as a principal source of information on the program’s scope, function, protocols and procedures for PAs on Duty
- Maintain liaison with Program Director, CEO and other personnel in administering policies and procedures regarding patient flow and utilization of space, time, supplies and equipment; recommend policies and procedures to improve patient care and utilization of program resources.
- Collect UA Specimens
- Oversees coordination and self-administration procedures of medication for clients
- Resolve office problems independently and facilitate solutions; confer with Program Director to resolve more complex situations
- Perform other duties and functions incidental to the work and rehabilitative activities described herein.
- Helps prepare and facilitate the Residential Program Aide staff meetings weekly
- Maintains inventory of required supplies and equipment and recommend purchase of new equipment and supplies
- Coordinates and maintains an efficient office operation and perform responsible administrative duties of a complex and confidential nature in support of office activities
- Ensures accuracy of maintenance and documentation of client records performed by PAs
- Resolves challenges regarding office and staff independently and facilitate solutions; confer with the Program Director to resolve more complex situations
- Coordinates with Program Coordinator arrangements for meetings, conferences, seminars, and client appointments
- Coordinates with Program Coordinator for all needs of recruitment, new hires and training of new PAs
- Performs other duties and functions incidental to the work and rehabilitative activities described herein
- Ensures the facility is well maintained and that PAs are adhering to maintenance checklist
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate computer Skills (Word, Excel, email, internet)
- Must have current CDL and car insurance
- 1 year of working in an inpatient/residential treatment center environment

REPORTS TO ASSISTANT PROGRAM DIRECTOR
