About Our Client:

Responsibilities:
- On-the-Job Training: Receive comprehensive training in sales techniques and customer service, with hourly pay during training.
- Customer Engagement: Listen attentively to customers, understand their needs, and proactively guide them through the sales process to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Sales Goals: Meet & exceed sales goals and expectations both personally and as a territory goal.
- Sales Scripts & Brand Knowledge: Ensure you study and learn all material for product and services alike.
- Product Selection: Assist customers in choosing products and services aligned with their technology and communications goals. Manage upgrades, downgrades, new purchases, and installations efficiently using our POS system.
- Time Management: Maintain excellent time management skills, deliver professional customer service consistently, and effectively handle multiple tasks and projects.
- Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development through training sessions and actively participate in our dynamic team-based company culture.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles or retail environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills, tact, and a proven track record in customer service.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively throughout the workday.
- Tech-savvy with a quick ability to grasp new concepts, proficiently using mobile devices, tablets, or computers as part of daily responsibilities.
- Enthusiasm for learning new skills, forward-thinking, and goal-oriented mindset.
