Essential Job functions:

· Greet all customers with an engaging personality and provide quality customer service in a professional manner in accordance with our overall guidelines.
· Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
· Document all customer activities, resolutions, recommendations, and complaints in our system.
· Build sustainable relationships and trust amongst customers through open and interactive conversations.
· Manage customer complaints with ease and efficiency, provide practical solutions and escalate to necessary departments to ensure prompt resolutions.
· Go the extra mile to engage and support customers.
· Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Computer proficient with fast, accurate typing and data entry skills.
Key Skills:
· Previous Customer service experience
· Proficient with MS Office, data entry, and typing skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Track record of over-achieving quota
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Knowledge of, or previous experience, with jewelry, watches, or manufacturing is a plus.
· Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Education & Experience
Highschool diploma or equivalent
2 years minimum in customer service experience.
