The Johnston Group, which owns a portfolio of companies in the healthcare education and training industries, is seeking a highly motivated individual to lead and manage the daily operations of our growth-oriented company. The Operations Manager will become the second in command, and report directly to the Founder/CEO.
The goal of the position is to create and implement effective strategies to improve operational efficiency, boost productivity, and achieve the company‘s stated goals and objectives.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Build the team, systems, and other resources necessary to execute the strategy and drive measurable results
- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
- Build a unified team around the shared vision to drive the business forward.
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the company, including staffing, logistics, and project management
- Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and capitalize on business opportunities and overcome constraints
- Analyze and interpret key performance indicators to make data-driven decisions to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operational management/supervision
- Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to make data-driven decisions
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Associate degree in business administration, management, or a related field; or 5 years of experience in operational management.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
