Position Overview: The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, traveling to meet potential clients, and making sales with clients. This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for fashion, and the ability to travel frequently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition:
- Identify and connect with potential clients
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and expand the client base.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand clients' needs and preferences to provide personalized service and product recommendations.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Travel:
- Travel frequently to meet with potential and existing clients, attend industry events, and represent the company at trade shows.
- Plan and manage travel schedules and appointments effectively.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer preferences, and product development opportunities.
Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the clothing or fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of the used clothing market and fashion trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
- Proficient in using CRM software
