What you’d be doing: As a Parts Associate, you will assist customers with their in-store purchases, do online research for special orders, respond to customer inquiries, and assist other team members as needed. Whether the customer is a first time RV’er looking for the basic essentials or a lifelong camping enthusiast rounding out their wish list, Beckley’s Parts Associates help ensure our customers have everything they need to pursue their passion for the RV lifestyle.

- Outstanding customer service: Must be personable and able to develop good rapport with customers, vendors, manufacturers, and fellow staff members.
- Strong computer skills:Must be able to learn and navigate dealer specific software, use Microsoft Office products, and research necessary information online
- Excellent communication skills: Must be able to communicate in a pleasant and professional manner in person, on the phone, and through email.
- Detail-oriented mindset and good organizational skills
- Background in retail parts, dealership experience, or related field is a plus
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Position requires standing, walking, lifting, carrying heavy objects, bending, stooping, and sitting for extended periods of time.
What you need to know: Regular hours are Monday – Friday from 8am to 5pm. Rotating evening (until 7pm) and Saturday hours may be required as seasonal demands dictate. Starting pay ranges from $15 – $17 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications. This is an hourly, non-exempt position which means that you are eligible for overtime pay.
