Job Summary:
The Territory Manager is responsible for ushering us into the next phase of our development in this expansion territory and ensure that we continually meet our sales and company objectives.
Responsibilities
The Territory Manager performs many leadership, organization and decision-making tasks to maintain and grow the lab. Their duties and responsibilities often include:
· Follow specific sales protocols and procedures designed to increase conversion rates and improve incoming sales interactions
· Collaborate with Account Management teams current best practices and use emerging technology and intelligence to improve our overall sales in the market
· Create positive and lasting relationships with our physicians and facilities
· Train and Increase product knowledge among Associate Territory Managers and involve senior management in product knowledge initiatives
· Assist in management of associate territory managers, collection technicians, as well as the hiring of additional support
· Have “Buy In” to company culture
· Follow accountability measures and strive to meet or exceed key performance indicators
· Utilize approved marketing materials to further brand awareness and social media presence in cooperation with the marketing department
- Conduct specimen collections competently, following collection procedures and customer requirements and instructions to deliver a quality specimen collection service as needed
- Ensure collection technicians are trained on and follow collection procedures and customer requirements and instructions to deliver a quality specimen collection service
- Properly label specimens and complete the requisition form via paper or online portal
- Gathers, verifies, and enters patient data onto requisitions and Online Portal.
- Follow policies and procedures to properly package and ship specimens
- Demonstrate customer service & compassion when interacting with patients, physicians, and clinic staff
- Adhere to confidentiality expectations and HIPAA requirements
· Responsible for monitoring personal or field inventory and ensuring supplies are stocked
· Provide training to clients on current or future requisition options including but not limited to: manual requisitions, direct integrations, accessing LIMS provider portal etc.
