**Occupational Therapist**
**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping children RISE to their potential through therapeutic interventions and personalized treatment plans.
**Duties:**
- Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical, mental, and emotional conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals
- Implement therapeutic activities and exercises to improve patients' motor skills, coordination, and mobility
- Provide guidance and support to patients in adapting to their environment and performing daily activities
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately
**Experience:**
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience working with diverse patient populations including pediatrics
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide exceptional patient service
- Familiarity with speech therapy techniques
