Job Overview:
We are seeking a problem-solving, creative thinking person to join our team in a hybrid role as a runner/driver, basic handyman (nothing fancy that a youtube video can't teach) customer service liaison, and Assistant Manager of sorts.
Responsibilities:
- Answer messages and calls, assist customers in basic issues in an upscale, competent, friendly manner (ALWAYS a smile, never a NO, only a "Let me check on that for you" attitude)
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, smiles and friendly helpful demeanor
- Ability to work with our guests, clients, cleaners, maintenance personnel, etc.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
