Job Title: HR Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English and will have a strong background in HR management, employee relations, and compliance. The HR Manager will be responsible for a wide range of duties including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compliance, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Place job postings, screen, and interview job applicants to ensure a qualified candidate pool.
- Perform and document onboarding procedures for new employees, including orientation and training sessions.
- Manage and conduct annual performance reviews for 50+ employees, and develop and track performance improvement plans as needed.
- Provide leadership coaching for supervisory staff to enhance their management skills and ensure employee engagement and productivity.
- Maintain and update the company handbook to ensure compliance with current employment laws and regulations.
- Conduct 90-day reviews, including weekly observations, consultations with supervisors for feedback, and employee meetings.
- Oversee hiring, terminations, and layoffs, ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain required training programs for compliance with OSHA, state, and federal regulations, as well as safety protocols.
- Ensure accurate payroll, compensation, and benefits administration for all employees.
- Manage all training programs related to safety and ensure employee compliance.
- Handle employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner, including conflict resolution and mediation.
- Manage leaves of absence, including Family Medical Leave and State Disability, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Coordinate promotions, anniversaries, and company parties to promote employee engagement and morale.
- Communicate with employees involved in workers' compensation claims to ensure timely and appropriate support and assistance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
