JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS:
A positive team player who enjoys interaction with both people and pets. The ideal candidate will provide the best possible care an compassion to both our patients and clients. The ideal candidate will support our positive culture and be willing to help out with any task needed.
CORE JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Positive CAN-DO Attitude
Must be flexible with scheduling
Provide an EXCEPTIONAL client and patient experience
Mandatory – one late night (until 730pm)and rotating Saturdays (8am-2pm)
Reliable transportation, even in inclement weather
Educate clients (hospital policies, routine medical problems & procedures, pet health recommendation, products and services)
Ensure all tasks are completed prior to end of shift
Adhere to OSHA regulations
Accurate data entry
Answer / dial telephones
Maintain general cleanliness of hospital
Assist in other areas of hospital when needed
Assist with training new hires
RELIABILITY
CORE PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Sit, stand, walk, reach, lift
Lift up to 50 pounds of weight
Walk on stairs
Carry food or patients
Physically restrain animals in a safe manner
Walk &/or restrain dogs on leash
Fine motor skills to manipulate syringes, blood tubes, keyboarding, etc
***Hourly Compensation based on experience***
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 42 per week
