Responsibilities
- Negotiate Contracts: Develop and execute strategies to negotiate favorable terms with motivated property sellers, securing profitable deals for the company.
- Generate New Leads: Independently source potential property sellers through personal networking, targeted outreach, and other innovative lead generation methods, maintaining a consistent pipeline for property acquisition.
- Attend Seller Appointments: Meet with property owners to discuss their needs, assess their property's condition, and explore acquisition opportunities, providing a personalized approach to each interaction.
- Ensure Consistent Lead Follow-Up: Diligently follow up with potential sellers according to the company's defined processes, maintaining regular contact and nurturing relationships to build trust and convert leads into successful acquisitions.
- Complete Paperwork: Process and submit all necessary documents and contracts with accuracy and efficiency, adhering to company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales: Proven track record in sales with demonstrated success in closing deals and building relationships.
- Strong Negotiation Skills: Ability to effectively negotiate contracts and terms with sellers, achieving favorable outcomes while maintaining positive relationships.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads, appointments, and tasks simultaneously, ensuring a seamless sales process.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Capacity to think critically and creatively when addressing challenges in property acquisition and seller negotiations.
- Team Player: Comfortable collaborating with other team members, sharing insights, and contributing to a positive team environment.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, set personal goals, and stay focused on achieving results without constant supervision.
