SUMMARY:
The BH Project Manager is responsible for coordinating, tracking data, and reporting on the behavioral health project deliverables of the Cook County Stronger Together and HRSA Behavioral Health Expansion grants. Collaborates with staff involved in projects to coordinate activities and evaluate progress of the behavioral health projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Tracks, coordinates and manages the projections of the behavioral health project.
- Participates in funder’s organized meetings and trainings.
- Responsible for tracking and documenting data/statistics needed to complete funder reports.
- Complete and submit required grant reports.
- Provides ongoing evaluation and feedback of the behavioral health projects.
- Designs and distributes outreach materials to promote BH services at school organized events and community health fairs.
- Handles protective health information in a manner consistent with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA).
- Represents Alivio Medical Center in professional and community organizations as assigned
- Participates in staff meetings and other meetings as assigned.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
This position requires compliance with all of Alivio’s written standards, including its Standards of Conduct, Joint Commission standards, all policies and procedures and Corporate Compliance requirements. Compliance will be considered as part of the regular performance evaluation.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- B.A. in Social Work, Counseling or related field from an accredited school.
Certification or Licensure:

Demonstrated Competencies:
- Demonstrated acceptable organizational and time-management skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with patients and professional colleagues. Flexibility and ability to cope with stress. Adherence to professional ethics and standards consistent with the National Association of Social Workers, the American Counseling Association or Society for Clinical Social Work.
