VP OF SALES & MARKETING ASSISTANT
Monogram International in Walnut, California is looking for an Executive Assistant in Sale/Marketing department. This is a key role which provides a high level administrative and management opportunity with exposure to sensitive business and communication activities.
Job Description:
- Prepare business report accordingly to weekly schedule.
- Analyst of Licensing Contracts & Vendor Agreements
- Licensing Summary report / presentation
- Manage a significant volume of incoming emails and ensure timely responses within 24 hours.
- Manage Licensing contractual sample co-ordination with field offices/warehouse
- Manage of catalog home page data and BTC website, including handling and maintaining accessibility compliance
- Editor of annual product catalog, proof reading.
- Able to travel - Assist in trade shows --- both B2C & B2B i.e. San Diego Comic Con, New York Toy Fair etc.
- Customer Service for contacting to company's key accounts i.e. Hot Topic, Amazon
- Facilitator to third party sales reps by providing sell sheets, presentations, and sample packages
- Product development coordinator between buyers, licensors, and overseas art department
- Monitoring the reps and prepare reports to track sales progress
- Handle international accounts including licensing restrictions, compliance checks, and customs
- Record keeping of sales related doc, such as import approval / lab test report etc.
Qualifications:
- Good time management skills and solution for multi-task working situation.
- Good note-taking, record-keeping, and organization skills with good problem solving /research skill
- Handling emails at high volume.
- 5 years of relevant work experience as an administrative or executive assistant is preferred
- Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g. phones, printers)
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) ***MUST***
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
