In this role as a Hotel Guest Services team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service for our guests. Your strong people skills will be essential in ensuring a positive experience for all guests. Your proficiency in phone etiquette will be crucial in handling guest inquiries and requests efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel facilities and services
- Process reservations, cancellations, and payment transactions
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Various duties assisting others.
