Role Summary: The Talent Scout plays a vital role in ensuring our local, regional, national and international clients have professional talent to book and cast. This individual must understand the importance of accuracy, strong communication, problem solving and process execution. He or she recognizes that these elements create a solid experience resulting in retention, brand growth and talents prepared at the professional level for the industry bookings and castings. A passion for the fashion industry and/or film and television acting is a plus.
Education / Experience:
Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
2-4 years of sales experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Effectively execute the internal processes through proprietary software.
Manage email, phone, text and other communications in order to book appointments for auditions; prospects provided and are requesting to be contacted.
Conduct one on one interviews with potential talent to enroll in a development program in order to prepare them for Agency representation.
Comfortable communicating with children and their parents/guardians as well as adults.
Work with other departments and teams, and liaise with them about talent's needs.
Stay up to date with company data.
Complete daily tasks in a timely manner; update reports daily.
Complete other duties that may be assigned from time to time by management.
Qualifications:
Energetic and passionate about helping talent.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Goal oriented and driven to consistently achieve high production results.
Computer skills (Microsoft Office - email, calendar, tasks, excel, etc.)
Disciplined, organized and punctual.
Time management and professional communication skills
Strong work ethic with ability to follow all company processes.
Ability to build rapport and follow company protocols at all times.
An excellent listener with the ability to quickly adapt conversations to provide the talent with the appropriate solution.
