Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Consumer Data Analyst(s) by monitoring workflows, providing solutions, defining requirements, reviewing work products, interpreting data, and ensuring the accuracy, relevancy, and actionability of projects. Support the team's career growth and development.

Utilize analytical and querying techniques for data aggregation, exploratory data analysis, confirmatory data analysis, and qualitative analysis.

Leverage software tools to extract, compile, and present analysis results, insights, and strategic recommendations through reports, dashboards, and presentations.

Create marketing lists, audiences, and CRM programs for deployment across direct channels and measure the results of targeted marketing campaigns.

Develop, execute, and report on consumer engagement and value metrics.

Collaborate with other teams to effectively manage client projects, communications, and deliverables.

4-6 years of experience in analytics, with at least 1-2 years of leading an analytical team.

Experience with Retail Datasets and Clients

Strong hands-on experience with SQL coding, Excel, and slide creation in PowerPoint or Google Slides.

Familiarity with database structures and platforms.

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
