Position: Office Administrator
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator that understands the big picture yet, is eager to take on a wide range of administrative functions, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. This role will also support some Accounting and HR activities/requests when needed.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing daily administrative support for the Controller, General Manager and other department managers as needed.
- Prepare, maintain, and organize accurate records and reports in digital format.
- Performs daily A/R reconciliation and other bookkeeping duties when needed.
- Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policies.
- Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
- Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.
- Provides support and guidance to management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relative field preferred.
- A minimum of three years of business management experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
