The Receptionist is responsible for opening and/or closing the building daily, scanning and greeting visitors, and answering a multi-line phone system. The standard work schedule for this position is 12:00pm – 5:00pm daily. This is a temporary position with the potential of turning permanent/part-time.
Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities
- Closes the building daily
- Answers a multi-line phone system
- Scans/Greets visitors in a pleasant and helpful manner
- Disperses mail, ships packages as needed
- Prepares coffee and maintains the coffee station
- Orders office and coffee supplies
- Assists in a general office support role
- Files and types documents as required
- Other tasks as assigned

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior office experience preferred
