Overview:
Join our team as a Receptionist/Office Assistant and become an integral part of our office operations as a well established construction company. We are looking for a dedicated individual who excels in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support within all departments.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls and take messages with proper phone etiquette
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Utilize Microsoft Suite, managing emails, and other administrative tasks
- Operate phone systems efficiently to handle incoming and outgoing calls
- Support administrative tasks including data entry, record keeping, and maintaining office cleanliness
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks is a plus, but not required
- Demonstrate computer literacy by using various software and online builder platform applications for daily tasks
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven office experience in a similar role with strong organizational skills preferred
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and other relevant software applications
